About the Role
As our Creative Storyteller, you will craft the emotional heart of I Am The Hero. You will write personalized, child-appropriate superhero narratives mapped to Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) journeys — turning values like empathy, courage, and self-awareness into adventures children see themselves in. You will develop story frameworks, character arcs, and branching narrative templates that our AI can personalize at scale, while keeping every story warm, age-appropriate, and genuinely meaningful.
Requirements
2+ years writing for children's media, animation, games, comics, or educational content.
Strong grasp of story structure, character development, and age-appropriate tone (ages 4–12).
Ability to write modular, template-driven narratives suited to personalization.
Familiarity with Social-Emotional Learning or the CASEL framework is a strong plus.
Excellent written English; regional Indian language ability is an advantage.
A portfolio of published or produced storytelling work.
